You won’t be the only girl wearing a tshirt at most swim meets Pam! Wearing a tshirt can keep you warmer on a cool day and helps to hide your upper body a bit. But, tshirts don’t hide everything.
Typically once you’ve been in the water a tshirt will get damp from your suit and stick to you. It won’t be as skin tight as the suit itself but its still going to show a lot of your body.
Usually a tshirt also leaves the bottom couple inches of your swimsuit exposed so everyone can still see a little bit between your legs. Without shorts you won’t really hide your vulva.
About that tshirt look… a lot guys find it a turn on. They report finding the idea of a girl being shy to be attractive but also like that the tshirt doesn’t hide her entire body and some is still visible. So it could be that covering up in a tshirt at your next meet actually gets you more attention than the girls standing around in just their suit.
Its normal to feel shy in a swimsuit around a lot of people. Remember spandex is part of your sport and its no big deal that you’re showing your body off. Anyone who doesn’t like what they see just won’t look. Everyone else will see you for the beautiful girl you are!
